What we collect
When you register for an event we collect your name, email address and any optional details you choose to share, such as phone number, company, role, LinkedIn, experience level and a short description of what you'd like to build.
How we use it
We use your information to run the event: confirming your spot, managing capacity, checking you in, grouping teams and sharing logistics. If you opt in, we also email you about future ATL Build League events.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share individual registrant details with sponsors or partners. Aggregate, non-identifying attendance numbers may be shared with partners.
Photography and video
Build Battles are filmed and photographed. By attending, you acknowledge that your likeness may appear in recaps, social posts and other materials used to share what the community builds. Let an organizer know on site if you'd prefer not to appear.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by replying to any ATL Build League email.
Data storage
Registration data is stored in our secured event database with access restricted to event organizers.
